Sunride Premium Transfers (“Sunride”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your personal information when you book our transfer and tour services or use our website.
By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
01Who we are
Sunride Premium Transfers provides private chauffeured transfers and guided day tours across Greece. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Sunride is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

02Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly and information gathered automatically when you use our website:
- Booking details — your name, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates and times, number of passengers and luggage, country of residence, and any special requests.
- Contact information — email address, telephone number, and messaging details used to confirm and coordinate your journey.
- Booking form submission — when you submit our booking form, your details are sent to our own server on Cloudflare, which checks the anti-spam challenge and then delivers the enquiry by email through Resend, a third-party email-delivery service. We do not collect or store payment card details through our website; payment for your transfer or tour is arranged directly with our team.
- Usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, and similar information collected through cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
03How we use your information
We use your personal data to:
- Arrange, confirm, and deliver your transfers and tours;
- Communicate with you about your booking and respond to enquiries;
- Issue invoices and keep accounting records where applicable;
- Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations;
- Improve our services, website, and customer experience.
04Legal bases for processing
We process your data on the following legal bases under the GDPR: performance of a contract (to provide the services you book); your consent (for example, marketing communications or non-essential cookies); our legitimate interests (to operate and improve our business); and compliance with a legal obligation.
05Sharing your information
We share your data only as necessary to deliver our services: with our professional drivers and tour partners to fulfil your booking; with the service providers who run our website and handle your enquiries — namely Resend (booking-form email delivery), Cloudflare (website hosting and cookieless visit statistics) and, only where you have consented to analytics cookies, Google (website analytics); and with public authorities where required by law. We never sell your personal information.
06International data transfers
Resend and Cloudflare, the service providers named above, are incorporated outside the European Economic Area (EEA), so your personal data may be processed by companies based in the United States. Our booking emails are sent through Resend’s EU (Ireland) region.
The same applies to Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, who provide our website analytics. This transfer only happens if you switch on the “Performance & analytics” category in our cookie banner — decline it, and no data reaches Google, because the analytics script is never loaded in the first place.
Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as offered by each provider. You can contact us at to request more information about these safeguards.
07Data retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
08Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data; to restrict or object to its processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at .
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA) if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.
09Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. While no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, we work to safeguard your information at all times.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
